Do you know an Orgasm a Day Keeps the Doctor Away?

For your optimum health, have sex or masturbate at least 2 times a week! For men, regular orgasms may help prevent prostate cancer and for women, orgasms increase blood flow to their sexual organs keeping them in good working order. Orgasms can also relieve stress, help with a good night’s sleep as a natural tranquilizer and release feel good endorphins that can alleviate pain.

Sexual Deprivation

If you’ve been away from your lover and feel deprived of sex, then you are going to want to make it a memorable occasion the next time you get together. Even though, you may want to tear your lover’s clothes off to have wild raw sex, be patient and let your arousal build to a slow burning passion.

Before you get home, call your lover to prepare them with some hot, uncensored phone sex. Let him/her know what you want to do to them sexually in graphic detail.

When you get home, greet your lover with a long, luscious kiss that lasts for at least 2 minutes. I call kissing facial intercourse because it’s so erotic and gets the juices flowing between the legs. Then start making love with clothes on in every room, but the bedroom (unless you have children).

Think about how you can make everyday sex just as erotic and exciting as sex after deprivation.

Multitasking Women

POSTED ON: Feb 26 2010  •

I am a multitasking woman with my career in high gear as a Sexologist in private practice, traveling public speaker, author, student mentor of LoveologyUniversity.com, media therapist and married, so I need to nurture my relationship and give my husband the attention he deserves.  I work at finding balance in my life, while I do my best to enjoy my multitasking talents.

There is scientific evidence that women have more connections between the two halves of the brain than do men so they can engage in multitasking more effectively than men. I have the utmost respect for women who have the  ability to cope with their career, husband and their infants without getting stressed out.

The secret to being a successful multitasking women is to take care of yourself and make quality time to do the things you enjoy on a regular basis. But also be prepared to make quick decisions at any given time without feeling like you’ve lost control.

How do you balance your career, family and love life?

Do you have any secrets to help let go of worries and frustrations?

I would love to know your stress reduction strategies to help us multitasking women be even happier.
