Sexual Choices

I recently attended the Society Scientific Study of Sexuality Symposium in Palm Springs, where the agenda was filled with thought-provoking panels and discussions with topics that included the Definition of  Sexual Health.

One question that came up was, can people be Asexual and still be sexually healthy? I say yes, as long as it’s your choice based upon your consciousness and self-acceptance, rather than forced upon you by religion or politics that lead to shame, guilt and social isolation.

One definition by Dr. Charles Moser was that sexual health was based on how good your orgasms are on a barometer, so  if your big O’s are bouncing off the walls, you can say that you are sexually healthy.

What is your definition of healthy sexuality and sexual choices?
